This beautiful Elk Ridge Townhome is the perfect location for your Breckenridge Ski vacation. This huge townhome is a 3br with a loft, 3 and ½ baths and sleeps 10 comfortably. The Elk Ridge Town homes are conveniently located just steps from the snowflake lift and the free town shuttle that can give you a 45 second ride to the Beaver Run super chair. Located just a couple blocks from town, the Elk Ridge Town homes are a perfect balance of convenience, serenity, and location. The townhome is an end unit with beautiful views of Baldy Mountain from all three decks. From the lower deck you can view Baldy Mountain while relaxing in the 5 person hot tub and enjoying our mountain air. The townhome is an end unit and has easy access to the wilderness surrounding it. On the main level, just past the entryway, you will find a modern and full stocked kitchen with plenty of counter space. Just off the kitchen is the open and spacious dining area. The large living room is located just next to the dining area and is open and spacious with a vaulted ceiling, fireplace, entertainment center, and a wall of windows with breathtaking views of Baldy. Upstairs is the bedroom/loft area with a comfy sleeper sofa and plenty of space. On the first downstairs level is the huge master bedroom which offers a king size bed and sitting area, a private deck, jetted tub and separate shower, and tons of closet space. On the same level, just down the hall, is a mini master suite with a queen bed and private bathroom. On the bottom level is the 3rd bedroom offering two twin beds and a sleeper sofa for large groups and a private bathroom. This Elk Ridge Townhome has it all, location, space, comfort, views, enclosed parking, topped off with a pleasant and inviting mountain cabin theme that will make you feel right at home in the Breckenridge Rocky Mountains.
Please come to our Resort Managers office to check in, located at 100 S Main St, Breckenridge, (corner of Main St and Lincoln Ave), in the Lincoln West Mall. Check in is between 3pm and 5:30 pm MT.
