Located adjacent to The Lodge and Spa at Breckenridge, the Alpine House is a private 1,800 square foot log accented mountain home. This home comes complete with three bedrooms, three and half baths, full kitchen, living room, washer, dryer, wrap around deck, gas burning fireplace and out door gas grill. Bedroom's feature 2 rooms with 1 king bed and 1 room wtih 2 sets of bunk beds (twin/full), custom fabrics and cable television. In addition, Alpine Home guests receive free local & long distance calling, access to outdoor mountain view hot tubs at hotel. A complimentary continental breakfast is served daily and food options vary throughout the seasons. Complimentary shuttle service to town and ski slopes – Winter Season ONLY!

The Lodge and Spa at Breckenridge is an intimate mountain lodge managed by Providence Hospitality Partners is set at 10,200 feet overlooking Boreas Pass, Breckenridge Ski Resort and the Ten Mile mountain range. A dog friendly hotel, The Lodge is complete with daily housekeeping, free long distance, complimentary WiFi in the lobby, complimentary continental breakfast, fitness center, outdoor mountain view hot tubs and our smiling faces.

Breakfast options vary based on seasons and are subject to change at anytime from a mini complimentary continental breakfast and extended options during high seasons.

Please note that established property cancellation policies and fees will apply regardless of weather, road closures, flight cancellations or other issues which may arise and which are not under the control of The Lodge at Breckenridge.

Summer Cancellation Policy (April 19th - October 31st): Cancellations made outside of 14 days prior to arrival will result in a forfeit of 25% of the total reservation. Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival will result in The Lodge at Breckenridge retaining the entire stay’s lodging and tax. Reduction in the length of stay or room type within the 14 day penalty period, no shows, late arrivals, and early departures are considered cancellations which are non-refundable.

Winter Cancellation Policy (November 1st - April 17th): Cancellations made outside of 45 days prior to arrival will result in a forfeit of 25% of the total reservation. Cancellations made within 45 days of arrival will result in The Lodge at Breckenridge retaining the entire stay’s lodging and tax. Reduction in the length of stay or room type within the 45 day penalty period, no shows, late arrivals, and early departures are considered cancellations which are non-refundable.

Individuals shall not be relieved of any portion of their reservation due to weather, road closures, flight cancellations, travel related acts of war or terrorism, or other issues which may arise and which are not under the control of The Lodge at Breckenridge.
